Knock Out Your Eye, Cut Off Your Hand

Figurative Biblical language: Not a single habit, thing or any person can be more important than your relationship with Jesus (no idols). It would be necessary to separate ourselves from any person, place or thing that we love more than Jesus. God is a jealous God and He is jealous over you. He has a divine love, grace, and mercy for you beyond all human comprehension.

I have been totally blessed by this sermon, but I have a concern, the trouble we have as a denomination is that the pastors are not on one accord, one will come and teach the congregation one thing about a subject, and when that pastor leave another will come in and teach something different, for example some pastors teach it is ok to wear jewlry, things like this causes confusion in the churches.

It’s all the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth - and I absolutely love it because Pastor Brooks always preaches the Truth. He preaches Truth with an everlasting love for precious souls and with Christ’s burden for precious souls. This sermon is especially dear to me and it is just all Truth. Gracious thank you’s to you Pastor Brooks and your staff and friends who maintain this site tirelessly. I’ve been sharing these sermons of excellence with my friends whom I love.
